What are the risks and benefits of disclosing we are autistic?<\/p>\n<h3>My Ambivalence on Autistic Disclosure<\/h3>\n<p>My experiences suggest coworkers, supervisors, and education in general don\u2019t embrace autistics in the workplace. Yet, deciding not to disclose to people outside human resources can lead to other problems. There\u2019s no good approach to disclosure. You cannot hide or mask autistic traits; everyone notices soon enough.
