He is a certified Race Director and ran a company that\u00a0produced virtual running events to raise money for nonprofit animal rescue\u00a0organizations.<\/p>\n<p>Professionally,\u00a0Scott has been an adult educator for 26 years, has two master\u2019s degrees, and a\u00a0Ph.D. He teaches a wide variety of topics in the medical field, statistics, leadership,\u00a0teacher development, evaluation, and nonprofit governance.<\/p>\n<p>Scott was\u00a0diagnosed as autistic in March 2020 and has incorporated neurodiverse advocacy\u00a0into his work and research to help raise awareness, acceptance, and\u00a0appreciation of the neurodiverse population. I am your host Christopher Scott Wyatt.<\/p>\n<p>My guest for this episode is an\u00a0autistic researcher and scholar in the fields of education, learning\u00a0assessment, and psychometrics. Dr. Scott Frasard earned a Ph.D. in adult\u00a0education from the University of Georgia, where he also completed one of his\u00a0master\u2019s degrees.<\/p>\n<p>Yet, his 26 years of adult education\u00a0experience are not why I invited Scott to spend time with us.<\/p>\n<p>Although we could discuss our\u00a0overlapping research interests for several hours, what fascinates me most about\u00a0Scott is his passion for running and endurance athletics.<\/p>\n<p>Scott a runner and triathlete. He is\u00a0a certified Race Director and has organized several events benefiting\u00a0nonprofits.
