Brownstein is the CEO of Anahat Education Group and the Executive Director of the Institute of Interpersonal Hypnotherapy. Matthew founded the International Association of Interpersonal Hypnotherapists and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.OnlineMonastery.com\">OnlineMonastery.com<\/a> where he teaches the Anahat Meditation System. We grow up hearing that we are flawed, disorganized, lazy, and unreliable. Eventually, we develop a habit of negative self-talk that reinforces a poor self-image.
