The two brothers had bonded, and Wally needed to be with his brother. Scott felt guilty about not being able to place Lucy with her sister, Daisy. But, we already had our hands full with Pumpkin, who wasn\u2019t well, and the girls. Still, the loss of the three brothers left a huge empty space.<\/p>\n<p>For some reason, we had to have something of a background check before we could adopt Rocky and Wally.
