I am a perfectionist, which means I tend to rewrite my plans up until I give a lecture or assignment. The positive of computers is that they allow me the freedom to do this; the negative is that I am not forced to finalize my efforts.<\/p>\n<p>My intention is to use the theme of <em><strong>Digital Arts<\/strong><\/em> during my composition course. With students increasingly participating in online communities, digital photography, and even amateur film production, it seems appropriate to explore the various forms of rhetoric in today&#8217;s world. I think we must address the effects of a return to oral composition, via podcasting, as well.
