My Debt to Heather Conroy
I met Heather Conroy shortly after Susan and I began our move to Western Pennsylvania. Moving to a new state, with only one friend nearby, was a major undertaking for me. A lot of things went wrong. I needed to determine what resources were available in the region and who might help explain accommodations to an employer.
Heather is supportive, but not a “cheerleader.” She gives honest advice, helping autistics develop strategies to achieve goals.
